I think I’ve developed a good daily read routine:

CFR Daily Brief: World News
NY Times: World and Domestic News
FP Global News Summary: World News
The Moderate Voice: Political News
The Big Picture: Economics and Finance

I’ve followed TMV and TBP for a while now and they are about as even handed as it gets. I don’t have time to paruse through a variety of politcal blogs and economic blogs to reach the center or the conventional wisdom. These two blogs do a good job of keeping me informed about the prevailing wind.

The Foreign Policy website and CFR website accrues world news from a variety of news organizations (FT, Washington Post, WSJ, etc.) The blogs at the Foreign Policy website are also a good read. The NYTimes has a reputation for being biased, but I read it because 1) it’s free 2) the opinion pages may be biased, but the reporting is good 3) it’s free.

Weekly I will read the Economist on Saturday, it is by far the best weekly news magazine in my opinion.

What do you think? Are these good sources of info? What do you read?
